Emotions. We've all got them, and they can be...problematic, to say the least. In fact, sometimes it feels like our emotions are driving us more than we're driving them. They're an unconscious reaction to what happens around us and to us, and it can be hard to keep them within their boundaries.

Emotions are an integral part of who you are, and as we continue our discussion on the whole human existence, we can't ignore the soul, the seat of our emotions. In this introductory session to a new series called Double Take, Dr. Mark Lantz goes over the basics of emotions, the emotional climate of our country, and what the Bible says about our emotions and how to use them.
