After Easter, we entered the season of Pentecost, a period of waiting that culminated in the coming of the Holy Spirit to fill the early church. But that wasn’t the end. In fact, Pentecost Sunday was merely the beginning of the Christian church, and it went on to become the most explosive movement in the history of the world. As we move forward past Pentecost, we’re exploring the early church and the working of the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers throughout the New Testament.
