Take Aim

A few weeks ago, we announced that Pastor Scott Phenis would be leaving us as he and his wife Dee travel to Franklin, IN to pursue a church God has placed on their hearts. This week, we were thrilled to welcome Pastor Scott to speak one last time as a farewell to Christian Center.

In a similar vein, as the Apostle Paul penned his farewell to the Corinthian believers in the final chapter of 2 Corinthians, he gave them various encouragements for their daily lives. In his final words to the church, he encouraged them to aim for various things, all in an effort to help them live like Christ. These words still echo to us today, and we must look to them as our encouragement for Christian living.
