Impact Student Ministries 2020 Youth Conference

Equipping the next generation to passionately pursue Christ

Impact Student Ministries serves to give the youth of CCC a safe place to discuss and study Scripture in life-changing ways. Through our four main values of communal worship, small groups, education and community service, we strive to help the young people of Christian Center discover their identity as the church of today.

Communal Worship

Our worship experiences, Impact Nights, are designed to cultivate an environment charged with the presence of God and led by the Holy Spirit. It is an opportunity to come together as one collective people and pursue God. These experiences encourage a hunger for the things of God, allowing students to encounter Him through fellowship, worship, preaching, and the altar service.

Small Groups

Impact Night is just the beginning; we build on that desire for the things of God through our Change Groups. It's our goal for students to replicate their experience of God’s presence in their daily lives through devotional study habits. These groups are age, gender, and subject specific, and typically range from 8-12 students. It is in these intimate environments that we find students more willing to open up about their lives, beliefs, thoughts, problems, and needs. It is here where we pastor them into God’s love and truth.

Education

Transparency brings the opportunity for education in Scripture and its practical application. We provide students with content centered around spiritual development, such as bible reading plans, spiritual disciplines, devotional books, journals, and much more. We also hold classes for those who are ready to dive deeper into the things of God. These classes serve as our “spiritual formation pathway”: fundamentals of the faith, spiritual disciplines, leadership development, and Discover U.

Community Service

It's important to be committed to Jesus in devotion, but it's just as important to be connected to His mission. The only time Jesus referred to Himself as an example to His disciples is when He washed their feet. We want our students to develop hearts that are eager to humbly serve. We also have opportunities available for domestic and international missions trips.
Impact Jr. provides a place for middle school students ages 10-12 to hear messages tailor-made for their age group. Impact Jr. students start off in the Sunday morning main service and are released just after the main worship service.
